The assignment was to create 2-3 videos showcasing Sprint as a "partner that solves every day challenges for small business”. But we knew the simple solution wasn't going to resonate with this audience. So we took the project far beyond its original, limited scope and created a multi-channel campaign that small businesses across the country could rally around.

We began by building on our social community via LinkedIn and Twitter leveraging the videos to start the conversation. Supported with rich media content units, OLA, Print, DM and a redesigned site experience.

In just 72 hours, the social chatter and YouTube views alone exceeded client expectations nearly 600% garnering 125% lift in business product awareness. Consumer polling identified Sprint as the top carrier that comes to mind when thinking of products and services for small businesses. All of which provided our Sprint Small Business Solutions client a “solution” of their own.
