What do you do when thousands of dairy farmers have to dump millions of gallons of milk due to Covid-19? Simple, you create ice cream. We teamed up with dairy organizations and agriculture universities to turn otherwise wasted milk into delicious ice cream that can be enjoyed by communities throughout the country. We even managed to create a children’s book and animated series in the process (coming soon).
